Summary: The hotel is very clean and has an excellent bathroom in the room. It was confusing to locate the front desk and I had to eventually call and ask where they were. The signs were just very unclear. There was no way to request one bed so my partner and I ended up with a bed that had a large gap down the middle as I suspect this was seen as the two bed twin option? Very uncomfortable. Everyone we interacted with was polite.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic property but it was quite noisy on the main street but it might be possible to ask for a room that doesn’t face the main street. The room was very clean and the amenities were above my expectations, there is a coffee machine and 2 capsules are included among other things (quality 10/10). It’s possible to check in late thanks to the security box outside which will release the key with a code that is received by message, brilliant for late tourists.

Summary: Once we finally were checked in, it was great! Loved the hotel and town. Self check in was a nightmare. Confirmation of reservation from the hotel was in French so I couldn’t read it. Reception closes early.

Summary: This is a great, clean, well priced hotel near the train, shops, and the city of Gruyeres. The staff are very kind and accommodating, even letting us check in early and providing discounts to local attractions! Would recommend!
